  2. Prepare 1 of Bell pepper (I like yellow, but any color is fine).
  3. It's 1/2 of Red onion.
  4. It's 1 bunch of Cilantro.
  5. Prepare 4 oz of Can, diced jalapeños.
  6. Prepare 3 of Limes.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Ground cumin.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of Garlic powder.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of Salt.

  1. Finely dice the tomatoes, bell pepper, onion and cilantro. Only use the tops of the cilantro, discard the stems..
  2. Combine in a large bowl...add juice of the limes (hint: microwave the limes for 20 seconds each to release more juice)..
  3. Add the jalapeños (with the juice) and the spices..
  4. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate. May be eaten right away, but the flavor will be better if made the day before..
