Jollof couscous step by step
- Dice onions and tomatoes, grind pepper and garlic.
- Put oil on fire and pour them in and fry a little.
- Pour hot water and add spices (thyme, curry, seasoning) add in vegetable of your choice (I used bitterleaf). And allow to boil.
