- For The Couscous.
- Heat a saucepan & add butter.
- Add water & bring to boil.
- Switch off the flame & slowly add couscous with salt.
- Keep stirring till the water is absorbed..
- Keep hot.
- For The Chilli Garlic Mushroom.
- Heat oil in a flat pan on high.
- Add garlic & stir for a minute.
- Add onions, stir till they become transculent.
- Add the mushroom, keep stirring till they are done in a minute or two keeping the flame high.
