- It's 130 g of ground almonds.
- You need 240 g of icing sugar.

Macaroons instructions
- Blend together the icing sugar and almonds then pass.
- Whisk the egg whites until light and slowly add the sugar and continue whisking to a meringue.
- Fold in the sugar and almonds mix and place in a piping bag.
- Pipe out small discs and leave them out to dry a little. Then bake on about 130°C until risen and firm to touch.
