  1. Preheat the oven at 180 ' c.
  2. In a bowl whisk the egg white, powder sugar, vanilla essence to make foamy.
  3. Mix coconut flakes to the egg white mixture. Stir it well..
  4. Line the baking tray with butter paper..
  5. Shape the coconut mixture with the spoon and keep it on the baking tray..
  6. Keep 2 inches distance between them.
  7. Bake the macaroons for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. After baking cool the macaroons for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the macaroons.
