Macaroons step by step
- Preheat the oven at 180 ' c.
- In a bowl whisk the egg white, powder sugar, vanilla essence to make foamy.
- Mix coconut flakes to the egg white mixture. Stir it well..
- Line the baking tray with butter paper..
- Shape the coconut mixture with the spoon and keep it on the baking tray..
- Keep 2 inches distance between them.
- Bake the macaroons for 15 to 20 minutes.
- After baking cool the macaroons for 5 minutes.
- Serve the macaroons.
