Macaroons step by step

  1. Boil Caster Sugar and Water together then set aside..
  2. Fold egg whites into almond mixture (icing sugar+almomd flour) until combined. Mix vigorously with spatula until the mixture sinks easily into a smooth mass and has the consistency of honey..
  3. Fold in the together the two mixtures till achieved mixture.
  4. Put it in a piping bag then pipe one each round on a baking sheet, set aside for about 30-45mins.
  5. Bake it at 180°c for 30mins.
