- Prepare of Bolognese sauce.
- You need of Ready made polenta pack of 500g.
- It's of Parmasan cheese (optional).

- You can make your own polenta but it's so much easier just to buy ready made polenta. One pack of 500g will be enough for 2-3 people..
- Preheat the oven to 180c..
- Cut the polenta into slices and about half a centimetre each slice..
- Lay the slices in an ovenproof dish, overlap if necessary..
- Pour the Bolognese sauce over the top of the slices and transfer to the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes..
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes..
- Sprinkle with parmasan cheese for serving and serve with a salad..
