- You need 1 can of baked beans.
- It's 1 small of onion.
- It's 1 tsp of crushed garlic. 2 cloves apprx (u can grate it with the fine grater its faster).
- You need 1/2 of green pepper.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli split. More if you want..
- You need 1 pinch of black pepper.
- You need 1 of salt.
- It's 1 small of bunch of coriander.
- Prepare 1 of tomato.

- Chop all your ingredients and open the can of baked beans..
- Add 2 Tb of olive oil in a pan. Add your chopped onion sauté till almost golden. When the edges of the onions turn brown.
- Add the garlic stirr till fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt to help them break down faster. Make sure the tomatoes completely break down and most of the water evaporates and oil comes out the sides. Thats how u know they are ready..
- If there isn't enough oil u will need to add more so the tomatoes cook well u can drain it off before you add the baked beans..
- Next add the baked beans and whole split chilli and cook it down until its no longer runny then add more water to make it the consistency u like..
- Add your coriander, peppers, black pepper, lemon juice if you want and adjust salt. Remove the split chill its job was to impart aroma nothing more. It doesn't add heat. U can even add more if u want..
- U can store this in the fridge for 1 week and eat it for breakfast. Just make enuff. We make 4 to 5 cans at a go..
