Ingredients of Sabudana wada

  2. It's 2 cup of sabudana soak well atleast 4-5hrs.
  3. It's handful of Roasted peanuts and grind it.
  4. Prepare 3-4 of Boiled potatoes.
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of Dhaniya patta(Coriander leaves).

  15. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  16. It's to taste of Lal mirch(red chilli) powder.
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
  18. Prepare As needed of curry leaves.

  1. Take one bowl add sabudana,mashed potato,peanuts and all the ingrediants according to taste to it.
  2. Tak a pan add oil...let it get hot.
  3. Make small tikkis of it.....
  4. Deep Fry all the tikkis.
  5. For mahi chutney:take the dahi and add water and make it wattery testure...take small pan add oil and give it a tadka with mustard seeds and curry leaves....
  6. Add salt and red chilli powder accoding to taste.
  7. Sabudana wada and dahi mahi chutney is ready to serve.
  8. In one glass i hv taken tomato saus and added some water to make it lit liquidy.....
