Ingredients of Gnocchbokki

  1. You need Half of a bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi.
  2. It's 6 of frozen dumplings.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of gochujang.
  4. You need 1 tsp of gochugaru.
  5. Prepare 2 cups of chicken broth (or anchovy kelp broth if you have it).
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of cornstarch.
  7. You need 1/2 tbsp of sugar.
  8. It's 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
  9. Prepare of Green onions.
  10. You need of Sesame seeds.

  1. Pan fry or boil the gnocchi and dumplings. Set aside..
  2. Combine the gochujang, gochugaru, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside..
  3. Add chicken broth to same pan and boil on medium-high heat. Stir in the paste from step 2 and dissolve. (I used about half of the paste bc I like spicy but not too spicy!).
