Ingredients of Tomato, Basil, Parmesan Gnocchi
- It's 500 grams of Gnocchi.
- It's 1 of Parmesan Cheese.
- Prepare 1 can of Chopped tomatoes.
- It's 1 of Green, Yellow, Red bell pepper.
- It's 1 clove of Garlic.
- It's 1 packages of Basil.
- It's 1/2 of Red Onion.
- Prepare 350 grams of Pasta Sauce.
- It's 3 tbsp of Olive oil.
Tomato, Basil, Parmesan Gnocchi instructions
- Chop peppers, basil & onion.
- Boil saucepan of water then add Gnocchi, then heat on medium for 6 mins.
- Add olive oil to pan on medium heat add garlic, peppers & onion. stir well for 5 mins.
- Drain gnocchi, return to saucepan & add pasta sauce, stir well..
- Serve Gnocchi to plate, top with peppers, basil, onions. Sprinkle with parmesan chesse.
