Ingredients of Chicken Stir Fry
- You need 4 of boneless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces.
- You need 1 bunch of broccoli florets.
- You need 1 bunch of califlower.
- Prepare 1/2 packages of baby carrots.
- Prepare 1/2 small of chopped onion.
- It's 3 stalk of chopped celery.
- Prepare 1 of bottle of stir fry sauce.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of ground ginger.
- It's 1 can of sliced water chestnut, drained.
- You need 4 cup of steamed rice.
- You need 1/3 cup of olive oil.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper.
Chicken Stir Fry instructions
- In a wok or large frying pan heat your oil to med heat.
- Wash and toss in vegetables, cook for 3-5 min. Remove from pan.
- Put chicken in pan and cook for 5 min, stirring occasionally.
- Add vegetables back in the mix and add stir fry sauce, ginger and salt and pepper.
- Cook for additional 5 min until vegetables are softened , but not too soft. (Dont overcook).
- Serve immediately over rice.
