  1. Prepare 250 g of Pork.
  2. It's 10-12 of Shiitake Mushrooms.
  3. It's of Green onions.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of Garlic.
  5. It's 1.5 tbsp of Soy sauce.
  6. It's 2 tsp of Sesame oil.
  7. You need Pinch of White ground pepper.

Shiitake Mushroom & Pork Stir-fry step by step

  1. Slice pork, shiitake mushrooms & finely chop the green onions.
  2. Marinate sliced pork in 1 tsp of sesame Oil and ground pepper.
  3. Mix light soy sauce and garlic in a bowl.
  4. Heat remaining sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the marinated sliced pork.
  5. Add in sliced shiitake mushrooms onced the sliced pork are around 70% cooked.
  6. Stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat and add in the garlic soy sauce mixture.
  7. Add in finely chopped green onions, stir fry for another 3 minutes and serve.
