Ingredients of Shiitake Mushroom & Pork Stir-fry
- Prepare 250 g of Pork.
- It's 10-12 of Shiitake Mushrooms.
- It's of Green onions.
- You need 1 tbsp of Garlic.
- It's 1.5 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- It's 2 tsp of Sesame oil.
- You need Pinch of White ground pepper.
Shiitake Mushroom & Pork Stir-fry step by step
- Slice pork, shiitake mushrooms & finely chop the green onions.
- Marinate sliced pork in 1 tsp of sesame Oil and ground pepper.
- Mix light soy sauce and garlic in a bowl.
- Heat remaining sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the marinated sliced pork.
- Add in sliced shiitake mushrooms onced the sliced pork are around 70% cooked.
- Stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat and add in the garlic soy sauce mixture.
- Add in finely chopped green onions, stir fry for another 3 minutes and serve.
