- It's 500 grams of Shrimps (washed and drained).
- You need 1 pack of frozen Veggies or Fresh Veggies.
- Prepare 2 of fresh Tomatoes (chopped).
- It's 1/2 cup of Dry White Wine.
- It's 1/4 cup of Olive Oil.
- It's 1 of Onion (diced).
- You need 2 of Garlic Cloves (chopped, optional).
- It's 2 cups of White Long Grain Rice (boiled).
- It's of Salt.
- You need of Pepper.
- Prepare of Paprika.

- Shrimps washed and drain..
- In a large skillet pan add in the olive oil, the veggies and simmer for about 5 minutes..
- Add in the chopped fresh tomatoes..
- Continue to stir and simmer..
- Pour into the mix the dry white wine and let simmer for another 15 minutes or until wine has been absorbed..
- Boil rice and drain..
